SETA needed a cohesive, adaptable identity that could unify its broad range of programs while still honoring the agency’s long-standing legacy in workforce and community development.

Strategy & Approach
The rebrand was designed to simplify and unify. A structured brand architecture was built to house all divisions under a consistent visual and verbal system. The strategy focused on accessibility, community trust, and scalability across hundreds of platforms. Every asset supported the goal of brand clarity while being flexible enough to evolve with the agency’s ongoing work and future programming.


Creative Direction
Creative direction focused on utility and recognition. Each program received its own mark and color, forming a system that is both navigable and expressive. Iconography was built to be universally understood across language and literacy levels. We created custom vinyl wraps, presentation materials, and brand rollout tools. Videos and website components were developed to match this clear, supportive tone, making the brand not just visible, but approachable and dependable.

Solutions
Brand Architecture System
A parent-child-sub brand system was designed to bring clarity to SETA’s complex internal structure. Every program mark aligns with the master identity through typography, icon usage, and color theory.
Iconography & Rollout
Custom iconography was created to represent services and resources. The visual language was deployed in a comprehensive rollout strategy including staff trainings, signage, internal templates, and a 600-person live brand launch presentation.
Website & Public-Facing Materials
A clean, ADA-compliant website was created to support diverse users. Marketing materials, flyers, and program content were developed to carry the identity across digital and print environments with consistency and impact.

SETA’s updated brand honors its legacy while paving the way for future impact. The system is accessible, scalable, and built to serve community needs across every touchpoint.
